Ukrainian showman Anton Lirnik, a resident of the Comedy Club in the duet named after Chekhov, told for the first time in an interview that he had to endure the death of an 8-year-old daughter from cancer.
Anton became a father early - at 22, when, according to him, he was still stupid and naive to plan something. Nevertheless, the news about the child was a pleasant surprise for him.
“The best thing that can happen in a person’s life is all about children. And the worst thing that can happen to a person is always connected with children, with close relatives. ”
And the most terrible thing happened in the Lirnika family: when his daughter Masha was 8 years old, she died of brain cancer. The girl had a difficult operation, but it did not help.
“There is no way to survive this. It's impossible. It can not survive. One can only get used to this thought. She should just ashes settle in the chest. And there is no other way; you will never stop thinking about it. The worst thing in this situation is to look for reasons. For a long time, for many years, I tried to forbid myself to think that this has a reason. It has no reason. This is the most important thing that everyone who goes through this should remember, ”says the 39-year-old showman.
“This is something that can happen to any person, at any second, this is a ruthless disease that plays by its own rules. Too little depends on you in this fight. I understand that this was reflected in me, probably, even I do not realize how much it changed and broke me. This greatly influenced my subsequent relationships with all people. I was afraid to re-family, I was sorely afraid to have children again. This is the most terrible fear that can be in a person’s life. I do not know where my strength came from on this ... "
With present wife Marina
After that, Lyrnik went to another country to forget. The marriage with his wife, Tanya, fell apart: the couple simply could not see each other - everything reminded of a common tragedy. On his return, Anton was helped by his colleagues, who threw work at him so that he could be distracted from oppressive thoughts. And then he had a daughter, Sonya, in his second marriage. Now Lirnik is married for the third time, but devotes all her time to her daughter.
