1. You washhair every day

2. You take a shower long and often
This may be one of the greatest pleasures in life, but taking a shower for too long can remove the natural moisture from the skin. Taking a shower should last from 5 to 10 minutes. Taking a shower more than once a day can also badly affect your skin. If you feel the need to wash because you went to the gym or because it is very hot, try taking a shower very quickly and without soap.
3. You do not wash your legs and back
These hard-to-reach places are very easy to ignore, but this is a big mistake. All the skin on our body has dead cells that need to be washed away, and our feet are especially sensitive to the effects of bacteria and fungi.
4. You do not dry washcloths.

5. You apply a moisturizer too late

6. You rub your skin with a towel when wiping.

7. You do not take a shower immediately after training.

10. You wrap your hair in a towel.
